Saline soil refers to the accumulation of excess salt ions,and these salt ions have affected the normal growth of the plant soil.Excessive soil salt ions not only cause damage to soil structure,but also cause damage to crop root cells by infiltration of water,resulting in poor crop development.There are many ways to manage saline soils,including chemical methods,physical methods,and biological methods.The biological method is mainly to use organic organic fertilizer for organic improvement,in which the use of microbial agents and organic fertilizer for organic combination of salt and alkali to improve the method is the improvement of saline land research hot.Inthisstudy,halophilicsoils,cellulose-degradingmicroorganismsand phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms were screened from saline soils in organic soils,and organic organic fertilizers were combined with organic manure.To carry out the improvement of saline soil.A few strains of halophilic bacteria were screened from sodium chloride?NaCl?as the main components of the medium in the Bohai granary,and several strains of cellulose degrading bacteria were screened with the main carbon source of wheat straw as the medium and the contents of tricalcium phosphate?Ca3?PO4?2?and hydroxyapatite(Ca10?PO4?6?OH?2)were selected as the main phosphorus source.Laboratory function to verify its function and after the safety evaluation fertilization?T2?Compared with the increase of 64.61%;in 2015 winter wheat in the soil bulk density treatment T3,T4 was significantly reduced,on the contrary T2 has an increasing trend.In T2winter wheat rhizosphere soil salinity and pH,T2 treatment has an increasing trend,while T3,T4 treatment has significantly reduced the role.In the soil nutrients,T3,T4 also significantly increased the role of rhizosphere soil nutrients.It can be explained that the application of bio-organic fertilizer has a significant effect on the yield of winter wheat,and the improvement of saline soil environment is also helpful.?3?Six experimental treatments were set up in 2016.The experimental results were obtained in the study of maize and winter wheat.The experimental results were similar to those obtained when the winter wheat was planted in 2015.After the mixed use of organic fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer Crop yield,soil physical and chemical indicators and other parameters of the experimental results are better.After the application of microbial agents on the soil environment and crop yield have a certain effect.With the increase in the amount of organic fertilizer applied,increased to 222kg of every acre when the best results.According to the study,conventional fertilization on the Bohai granary saline soil in the cultivation of winter wheat and corn have a certain yield.After the application of bio-organic fertilizer,the yield of winter wheat and maize grown in saline-alkali soil increased significantly,which was significantly different from that of conventional winter wheat or maize.In the saline soil structure and soil environment plays a significant role in improving.In this experiment,the soil bulk density,salinity soil salt content,pH of saline soil,nutrient elements in saline soil and microbial community in saline soil were studied.Conventional application of slow release fertilizer to increase the degree of soil compaction,the physical and chemical properties of soil and soil ecological environment have a certain hazard.After applying bio-organic fertilizer,it can obviously improve the environment of saline-alkaline soil,alleviate the soil compaction of saline-alkali soil,increase the number of microorganisms in saline soil and make great help to improve the ecological environment.
