In order to solve the reading difficulty of blind,who become blind later in life,this work proposes a laser ablation printing method based on laser technology.By setting up a laser ablation printing system,ablation printing on the paper can be used to make the depressed texts,and then the blind later in life can touch reading.This method not only realizes no-powder printing,but also it obtains the physical stability of the hollowed texts,and it can be stored for a long time even in hostile environments.The hardware module of the laser ablation printing system uses the STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller as the main control board,the upper computer interface in the system software is written by MFC in the Visual Studio development environment.The lower computer software design is written by the C programming language in the MDK development environment,and is transplanted uC/OS-III real-time operating system for multitasking in STM32F4.By testing,laser ablation printing experiments were performed on laser coated paper of 300 g/cm~2.The white confocal microscope was used to observe the hollowed texts.The results showed that the ablation’s depth will rise for the hollowed texts and will be approximate exponential cure with the increase of laser power density.With the increase of the laser movement speed,the depth will down and be approximate exponential curve;while the laser was raised from the paper,the system error will become large.Finally,the optimized system’s parameters were discussed in this thesis.
