Following the development of 3D printing technology,3D bioprinting has become one of the new research hotspots.3D bioprinting is a new interdisciplinary technology combining biotechnology,material science,manufacture science aiming at organising bioactive tissue and organization,and the technoglogy has great prospect in regenerative medecine,biochemical sensor,drug screeing,disease models.In this article,a set of BioLP equipment is designed and built,and preliminary experment as well as utility research is carried out.Firstly,the key technology of BioLP is analysed according to the principle of the technology.Key parameter of BioLP is studied,including laser fluence,liquid layer thickness,bioink viscosity,interval between the target board and absorption substrate.A set of BioLP system is designed and then manufactured on the base of parameter analysis.The following test of the BioLP system shows that the system accomplishes the requirement.Using the newly designed BioLP system,a series of experiments on the printing process are carried out.According to the experiment,a method to deside the focusing spot of the laser based on the hole ablated by the laser is brought out.The liquid coating method is modified,and by using the self-designed blade coater,the reputation of the droples is improved.The ingredient of bioink is improved by removing SDS from the formula,and the activity of the protein contained in the bioink is enhanced.Later on,BioLP key parameter is further studied through experment,and the relation between the droplets volume and printing parameter is summarized.By optimizing the printing parameter,a protein microarray of 12.6?m droplets average diameter and an "NUDT" patterned protein microarray are printed.After futher optimizing the BioLP system,three biological application research followed are carried.First,by combining BioLP with Reflectivity Difference Biological Sensor(RDBS),the detecting units on the energy converter used in RDBS is prepared through BioLP,and the density of the detecting units is greatly increased.Second,scaffold material is successfully printed through BioLP,so that scaffold material is added to the BioLP optional material.Third,cells are printed by the BioLP system,and test shows the vialibity of the cells.
