3D printing technology is a disruptive technology that changes traditional manufacturing concepts and models,3D printing technology has the advantages of low material energy consumption,flexible design and processing,low production cost,short cycle,etc.It has been maturely applied in the molding of metal and polymer materials.Porous ceramic materials have high melting point,high brittleness and difficult to design hole structure,resulting in 3D printing technology on porous ceramics is progressing slowly.The existing 3D printing method of porous ceramic materials has the disadvantages that the materials are difficult to prepare,the processing efficiency is low,the green body is easily deformed,the support structure is not easily removed,and the microstructure is uncontrollable.Therefore,based on the systematic analysis of the current problems in the porous ceramic 3D printing process,this paper selects the 3D printing process based on Frozen Slurry-based Laminated Object Manufacturing(FS-LOM).A 3D printing system for laser-selective gasification frozen slurry is designed to realize the process of paving,freezing,laser cutting and laminating.The research of the paving process is the research focus of this system.Firstly,the effects of laser on ceramic slurry of different liquid medium were compared by experiments,and the water-based ceramic slurry was determined as the consumable of the system.Then,after the feeding device and the paving device were determined,different freezing methods were analyzed through experiments.The influence of the slurry layer and the freezing speed,the semiconductor indirect freezing method is selected;finally,the feeding speed and the spreading speed are controlled to realize the laying process.In the mechanical system,the body structure of the existing common 3D printer is deeply analyzed,and the Cartesian 3D printer is used as the whole machine frame.The scanning method of the laser light path and the position of the objective lens are theoretically analyzed,using a double coordinate type and the laser scanning scheme after the objective lens.The optical axis,bearing,screw,timing belt and synchronous wheel are selected and calculated.the hydrophilic layer plastic is used as the first layer for the material layer base of the printing platform Layer laying.In the control system,the hardware is first selected,mainly including the main board,stepper motor,driver,heating rod and thermocouple.And then the firmware is configured according to the parameters of the mechanical parts and electronic components to complete the main program,the temperature control program and the motion control program.Combined with the design of mechanical structure and control system,the whole system was developed,and different models,layer thickness precision and porosity were tested to verify the basic functions of the system.
