Acoustic release systems are widely used in underwater acoustic communication and underwater instrument recovery,and have gradually become an important tool for marine research.The deck unit is the core component of the acoustic release system,and its main function is to remotely control the underwater release by sending specific acoustic command signals to perform related actions.This paper designs and realizes a multifunctional portable deck unit product,which can be used with Benthos 866 A release to meet actual application requirements.First of all,this article gives the overall design plan of the supporting deck unit system based on the functional indicators of the Benthos 866 A releaser,and builds the deck unit system hardware platform based on this.The hardware platform of the deck unit system is mainly composed of the upper computer and the lower computer.The upper computer is designed with the SDWe070T05 T model VGUS serial screen produced by Wuhan Zhongxian Technology Co.,Ltd.,and is responsible for the communication and human-computer interaction with the lower computer.The machine contains three modules for research and design,namely,a digital signal processing module based on STM32H743IIT6,a signal transmitting module based on Sigma?Delta modulation class D power amplifier,and a signal receiving module based on multi-stage amplifying and filtering circuits.Among them,the main function of the digital signal processing module is to communicate with the host computer,generate acoustic command signals to be transmitted,and perform algorithm detection on the release response signal;the main function of the signal transmission module is to generate low-power acoustic commands from the digital signal processing module Signal conditioning and power amplification;the main function of the signal receiving module is to amplify and filter the weak electrical signal generated by the transducer.Secondly,this article has carried on the research of signal detection related algorithm and the design of supporting software.Among them,the designed supporting software includes the upper computer display and control software and the lower computer MCU software.Aiming at the problem of the detection efficiency of underwater acoustic communication target signals,this paper applies the Goertzel algorithm to system design.Through targeted calculation of the signal amplitude of the target frequency point,and using this as the detection criterion,high-efficiency detection of the target signal is realized.At the same time,in response to the problem of signal detection accuracy under strong background noise interference and severe attenuation of underwater acoustic communication,this paper studies the constant false alarm rate detection technology and related algorithms,and optimizes a system suitable for this deck unit system and water The unit average automatic threshold detection algorithm under the background of acoustic communication,through a reasonable calculation of the background noise energy level,greatly improves the accuracy of signal detection.Finally,this paper tested the functional indicators of the deck unit and its component modules in the laboratory and the Jiaozhou Bay,and the test results all met the expected goals.
