Evolution Game Analysis Of Stakeholder's Cooperation In IDP Project

Integrated project delivery mode(Intergrated Project Delivery,Let's call IPD following)is a group of main stakeholders getting together closely through a multilateral agreement which sharing the risks,information and interests.The goal of IPD delivery mode is to maximize the overall revenue of a project rather than the benefit of a stakeholder.Therefore,through dynamic evolutionary game,this paper explores how to enable stakeholders to actively and continuously cooperate with each other to promote the successful completion of project objectives,the specific work is as follows:Firstly,after referring to the relevant data of domestic and overseas engineering projects,we understand the deficiencies of the cooperation mode of the engineering industry,and expound the necessity of promoting the IPD delivery mode.At the same time,the game method of this paper is determined by combining the game relation of project stakeholders and the characteristics of bounded rationality.Secondly through interviews the IPD project selected 10 key stakeholders,and the ten key stakeholders by economic interests,influence and participation type three comprehensive dimension analysis is divided into core stakeholders,general stakeholders and edge stakeholders three levels.Once again,with the goal of IPD project and resource sharing as the research background,analyzes the factors of the both sides of the core stakeholders make sustained cooperation.This paper makes fully use of the influence of each factor to the overall goal of the project,and makes the construction of the game evolution mode of continued cooperation between the two sides of the IPD project,explores the impact of each factor to the stakeholder cooperation willingness in limited rationality mode.The numerical setting of the IPD project is carried out,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out by using Matlab software,and it is more intuitive to see the influence of these factors on the sustainable cooperative intention of stakeholders.The last,there is no independent existence between the subjects,which has certain influence on the whole project and other subjects.In order to show more real evolutionary game between IPD project stakeholders,this paper builds multi game evolution model from the organization's position,analyzes game strategy for other stakeholders under the condition of knowing one part of stakeholders' strategy.
