The study of Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)is a small high-energy telescope project dedicated to detecting the gravitational wave gamma storm. It needs to achieve 8keV ~ 2MeV gamma ray detection, distinguish between gamma storm and space charged particle, achieve the monitoring all day and locate the gamma storm. To achieve the above goals,we designed gamma ray detector(GRD),charged particle detector(CPD)and loading processor(EBOX).As an important part of EBOX,the data management system is the critical path of communication between satellite platform and detector. In this thesis,we achieve the research work of the data management system. The main results are as follows:Firstly, designing the circuit board of the data management system. The circuit uses MCU and FPGA as the cores. Not only can MCU deal with commands and data from the satellite, but also it can constantly trigger and locate on track.FPGA can process 20 GB scientific data parallelly. The LVDS level interface can achieve the high-speed data transmission. The CAN bus interface can communicate with satellite platform.Secondly, designing the software program of the data management system. The program is designed with C language and VHDL hardware description language. It is in charge of command parse and data transmission between the detector and the satellite. It also triggers and locates on track, monitors the operating state of the detector and so on.Thirdly, test the data management system. After the data management system powered on,the power supply module is stable,MCU and FPGA are working properly. For CAN bus commands and data, scientific data,it achieves accurate processing and reliable transmission, which meets the design requirements.
