Research On Financial Support Strategies In The Development Of Marine Economy In Hainan Province

In recent years,with the growth of global population and economic development,the consumption of land resources has accelerated,The resource crisis,including energy,has become a major problem for human development.It has become a major consensus of all mankind to expand the new living environment and development space of mankind.As a large province of marine resources in China,Hainan Province has 2 million square kilometers of territorial waters,accounting for two-thirds of our country's marine resources.However,the development of marine economy in Hainan,typical "big ocean,small industry" pattern,has always lagged behind coastal provinces in East China due to the overall low level of economic development in Hainan and other reasons.Therefore,the original intention of this article is how to tap financial resources,give full unique financial advantages,and then promote marine economic development.First of all,the article specifically analyzes the current status of marine economic development and financial support in Hainan Province,and calculate the gap in the demand for financial theory related to the marine economic in Hainan.It is found that the financial needs of Hainan's sea-related areas are huge and the trend is increasing year by year,and there are problems such as small financial support,high level of sea-related credit concentration,weak financial innovation capabilities,and inadequate laws and regulations;Secondly,the article compares and studies the general models and experiences of financial support for marine economic development in the United States,Japan,Germany,and Shandong Province of China,finding that the main supporting models at home and abroad include bank credit support,industrial funds,government finance,etc.;and targeting Hainan's marine economy and finance.Development status,analysis of the inspiration of advanced experience at home and abroad to Hainan;Finally,based on the current status of marine economic development in Hainan Province and the current state of development in the financial industry,the paper proposes to construct a diversified financing,risk control,and supporting financial service system;raise the level of non-financial financial services,increase investment in marine science and technology development and talents Xing Hai and other policy recommendations.In order to provide a useful reference for the formulation of financial support policies for Hainan's marine economic development.
