The coastal zone is a combination of land and sea on the surface of earth, which is usually composed of shallow sea, estuarine,Delta, beach and coastal plain. It is important to fully explore the value of coastal zones without destroying the coastai environment. At the same time, with the change of global climate,it is also particularly prominent to evaluate typhoon disasters timely and reduce economic losses.Experts at home and abroad have done a lot of research work on coastal zone.According to the environmental characteristics of Hainan Province, this paper carried out related research work on water quality monitoring and typhoon disaster assessment in coastal zone.1.The chlorophyll a inversion model based on the environmental characteristics of Hainan province was discussed and selected. The contents and distribution of chlorophyll a in different waters are different. The chlorophyll a inversion model is selected through experiments, and the inversion model suitable for the coastal environment characteristics of Hainan province is selected.2.This paper takes Haikou as an example to monitor and analyze the water quality of the coastal zone.According to the previous research, the water quality of the coastal zone can be evaluated by the content of chlorophyll a in the water.Aiming at the above problems,we used Landsat-8 satellite remote sensing data to extract chlorophyll a from coastal waters of Haikou city in Hainan Province in different time.By analyzing the distribution of chlorophyll a content in the monitoring area,we can find the ecological effects of human activity to coastal waters.3.The establishment and realization of typhoon disaster model. In this paper,a typhoon path regional disaster assessment method based on the change of chlorophyll a content in sea water is proposed.Find the satellite image data on the typhoon track, select the sample points on the satellite images of the relevant regions, and do chlorophyll a inversion operation to get the chlorophyll a content values of the samples in the relevant regions.A prediction model based on the change rate of chlorophyll a content in different regions of typhoon is established, which can predict the wind grade of any specific typhoon area in real time, and is more precise.
