In recent years,with the rapid development of the coastal economy,the damage to the marine environment has become more and more serious.In order to repair the marine environment,in recent years the National Marine Environmental Protection Department has carried out comprehensive remediation work on the offshore sea area in various provinces and cities.In 2014,the National Marine Environmental Monitoring Center's marine public welfare project “Research and Application of Key Technology for Space Improvement of Inshore Waters and Assessment of Development Stocks” proposed the establishment of a maritime decision-making support system for spatial rectification and optimization utilization management.In the context of this project,a comprehensive management and restoration information system for the nearshore offshore space was developed to meet the needs of project management for the optimization and utilization of sea space resources.According to the different types of data processed,the system is divided into attribute data management subsystem and graphic data management subsystem.The graphics subsystem was developed using the B/S model and realized functions such as displaying,editing,querying,spatial positioning,stock assessment,and auxiliary analysis of the comprehensive remediation repair project spatial data.The system visualization function can dynamically display various data of the project according to statistical indicators through various statistical charts and maps in the system;the inventory evaluation function extracts the project area for the rectification effect evaluation,generates the result graph and the evaluation report;the auxiliary analysis function can be extracted.The project's original ocean current monitoring data will automatically draw the current rose graph.The back end of the system uses SQL Server combined with ArcSDE to store spatial data in a geospatial database,ArcGIS Server publishes spatial data,and uses WebAPI technology to publish attribute data to provide Rest services for the system.The front end of the system adopts HTML5,CSS3,and JavaScript technologies to build the system architecture,adopts front-end frameworks such as jQuery,Bootstrap,Dojo for page layout and function development,and develops and displays GIS functions based on Esri's ArcGIS API for JavaScript,combined with the ECharts chart library.Project data is visualized.The system facilitates the management staff's query,management and maintenance of project data,enriches the project display method,and effectively improves the project management level.The innovations and major achievements of this article are as follows:(1)The completed inshore area spatial comprehensive management information system graphics subsystem can conveniently and visually display project spatial data,realize spatial analysis and calculation and display of results in modules such as system inventory assessment and auxiliary analysis,and improve the project management level.(2)By reusing the code multiple times,different functions can share logic and code,simplify the amount of code,reduce code redundancy,and increase programming efficiency.(3)The original ocean current monitoring data is extracted from the database,and the current rose map is automatically drawn,which improves work efficiency.It provides a reference for the automatic processing of similar monitoring data under the Dojo framework.
