Tethya(Lamark,1815)belongs to Demospongiae,Tethyida,Tethyidae,is a kind of special groups in the sponges,mainly reflected in its significant cell differentiation,with the appearance of stability and mobility.Similar to most of the metazoan,sponges have the ability to identify self and non-self,but also has the very strong regeneration sponge and symbiosis with many kinds of biological characteristics,so its for allograft rejection ability inferior to higher animals.This study of conditions by setting the phenomenon of T.actinia allogeneic recognition research,tries to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of recognition between the simplest multicellular animals,and fill the blank of the sponges immunology in the field of the part.In this paper the morphological structure of T.actinia,trauma repair,mature individual immune recognition phenomenon,buds produced by asexual reproduction of immune recognition phenomenon,genetic mechanism of immune recognition,and the effect of immunosuppressive drugs on the immune recognition etc was studied,the main results were as follows:The main morphological features of the T.actinia are:the whole is globular,and the cortex is encrusted with the inner leading cell layer,and the center is a core composed entirely of spicules.The core radiates many of the spicules through the collar cells until the surface of the cortical layer,forming a wart or prismatic projection on the surface of the cortex.T.actinia was determined by morphological and molecular characteristics.The function of the structure of T.actinia is as follows:1.The existence of the cell layer is necessary for the survival of the individual;2.The cortical layer can rapidly reduce the wound and protect the internal function during the healing process,and its existence is also very important for survival and healing.3,the main components of the spicule core is the spicule instead of cells,so less impact on the biological survival,its existence,hit or not had no obvious effect on callus regeneration,it is only the center of the biological form,rather than the center of the function.The transplantation experiment between the mature individuals of T.actinia showed that the T.actinia had the obvious ability to recognize autograft and allograft.In the case of autologous transplantation,the two parts of T.actinias quickly identified and fused to each other and returned to the complete individual,which lasted between 2 and 5 days.In the case of allotransplantation,the two parts of the sponge would initially adhere to each other and merge with each other,and the degree of fusion was comparable with that of autologous transplantation.But after that,a series of immune responses will occur on the contact surface,forming the tissue boundary.Finally,the original contact surface is bound,and the two eventually separate.Long time separation,however,causes originally belong to the same recognition results change between individual sources of sponge,with the passage of time,should have all the fusion between individuals appeared repel each other,each other combinations,and the chances of a rejection increased with the increase of separation time increases,indicating that T.actinia allograft immune recognition besides influenced by genetic factors,also affected by the environment and other unknown factors,and the unknown factors in the role of the strength increasing with the passage of time.The graft experiment of T.actinia buds shown that the buds of T.actinia had similar recognition ability to mature individuals.The buds,which exists as a mature small individual when it is separated from the mother,is a small replica of the mother and may have an immune-recognition antigen closely related to the mother's source.There was no significant difference between 1-2 months after dissociation of the allogeneic immune recognition ability of the bud.On immune recognition process of applying different kinds of T.actinia buds of immunosuppressive drugs experiments show that the immunosuppressive drugs,CsA,dexamethasone,leflunomide,all can interference rejection of different T.actinia between individuals,has certain hysteresis effect on the rejection.For T.actinia buds of immune recognition process to extract a variety of circumstances of the transcriptome data for research,won a lot of transcriptional gene data,analysis of the function of their corresponding gene annotation,classification and the analysis of the metabolic pathways,and from these filter out a lot about the immune recognition related signaling pathways.
