With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standard has been constantly improved,people's travel demand is also more up accordingly.Because of the safety and efficiency of railway transportation,it is the first choice for people to travel far away from home.With the increase of passenger volume year by year,it is very important to solve the problem of passengers' purchasing tickets effectively during the holiday season,especially during the Spring Festival,winter holidays and summer holidays.The main ways for passengers to purchase tickets is the station ticket hall artificial window,the self-service window and online ticket purchase.Entity window settings generally is set up according to the experience of managers,so there may be too few settings window,result in the peak passenger flow the number of queues is too large in a single window,low efficiency,make passengers queue time is too long,seriously affected the efficiency of passenger travel,could fall on the satisfaction degree of the railway departments;In addition,there may be too many setting windows or partial windows idle when the passenger flow is less,which can result in the waste of station resources and increase the cost of railway department.How many the number of setting windows is reasonable that requires scientific calculation,which is also the problem addressed herein.This is also the problem solved in this paper.No matter which way to buy tickets,the passengers' queuing behavior can not be ignored.Through the above analysis,this paper research is based on the previous researchers domestic and abroad of queuing theory in the practical application in engineering and the actual operation condition of railway ticketing system of investigation and study and summing up.The actual relationship between the number of artificial window,the self-service window and the average waiting time of the passengers is studied and analyzed.Found the regularity,combined with the knowledge of queuing theory,establish proper model,using computer to simulate.Find out the optimal solution of the number of window opening,passenger waiting time and passenger satisfaction.According to the actual situation,the dynamic adjustment of the number of window opening is made in real time,and the efficiency and cost are considered.
