Assembly process in game consoles,laptops and other electronic industry bodies,body parts size control is more important aspect of product quality contr01.With thedevelopment of models of expansion and production continues to increase,therequirement of the size detection is also rising.The customers'waiting time and captainwill rising while the measure machine numbers and staffing remain the same.And it willaffect the service quality and customers'satisfaction.But blindly increase the number ofdevices will cause the device to idle high,resulting in a waste of money.Background forthe above works,it'S particularly important to anNyze and optimize the existingmeasurement equipments and staffing.This paper anNyzes the situation of the customer submission flow firstly.x2hypothesis testing method and the single--sample K--S testing method are used to estimatewhat distribution about the customer arrival time interval and the service time.Using theM/M/n model to calculate the customers'average waiting time and the machines'serviceintensity,and judge the rationality of the existing laboratory configuration.According tothe cost of measure service system,optimize the number of machine and staff of thesystem.Meanwhile,giving the estimated measuring machine and staffing based on thequeuing model and the customer arrival distribution.Applying the optimizedcharacteristics to the actUal work to test the model and estimate its reasonableness.Use of the queuing theory to optimize the measurement service system,enhance theservice quality and customers'satisfaction at the same time,reduce the machine idle rateand improve the management level overNl....
