Study Early-warning Of Land Resource Security In Longnan

In view of Longnan-land tension,shortage of land resource,the deterioration of the ecological environment,appliication of the related data of land resource security of Longnan from 2000 to 2014.On the analysis of influence factors of the mountainous land resources characteristics,this paper,a new land resources security early-warning model for mountainous areas is developped based on construction land,arable land,ecological,economic security system.Analyst the spatial distribution of the Land Resource Security in Longnan in2014,and then it used the RBF model to make a prediction for land resources security development trend of longnan in 2015-2020,then determine the alert degree threshold thorough useing the longitudinal method and Integrating the principles.The results are shown as follows.(1)In 2014,57.64 percent of the land area in longnan area had different levels of police situation,Liangdan,tanchang andwenxian countries are in the state of light alarm,cehnxian in the state of heavy alarm,wudu in the state of huge alarm;different areas had different levels of police conditions in construction land,arable land resources,economic and ecological security.(2)In 2000-2014,the land resources security warning degree of Longnan showed a slight downward trend.In 2015-2020,its early-warning index will be about 0.11,and warning degree will keep in the state of light alarm(green lamp).(3)The early-warning index of construction land security system and the ecological security system showed an upward trend with fluctuations in2000-2014,and economic security system and the cultivated land security system showed a downward trend in2000-2014.2015-2020,the early-warning index of Construction land security,ecological security and economic security system showed a downward trend and cultivated land security showed an upward trend,the warning degree of Construction land security will keep in the state of light alarm(green lamp),the cultivated land security's degree in the state of moderate alarm(yellow lamp),ecological security in the state of heavy alarm(orange lamp),economic security in the state of nor alarm(blue lamp).(4)The main factors that influence the land resources security of Longnan include urban unemployment rate,forest coverage rate,the proportion of irrigation area,multiple crop index,the third industry of GDP,the GDP growth rate,The urbanization levl,he proportion of natural disasters in the affected area.These are the focus of land resources security regulation in the future.
