In order to adapt to the trend of the time of big data and cloud computing,to strengthen the information construction of pavement management,in view of the current market demand from construction to management and the focus of investment is changed from highway to urban road.This paper puts forward an urban comprehensive application of computer science,mathematics,geography information science and so on.The decision support system of road surface is the solution of life cycle management of urban road surface.Based on the research and development of the pavement management system on the urban road asphalt pavement,this paper makes a thorough research on the systematic development of the pavement management solution from the literature retrieval and product research,explains and analyzes the interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge and the use tools for the development process,and according to the database design process,designs and constructs the library.And the comprehensive evaluation method and the auxiliary decision method of the pavement condition are studied,and a comprehensive evaluation model of the pavement condition evaluation system and the combination weight fuzzy evaluation method is put forward,and the idea and method of the auxiliary decision-making is put forward in the decision-making stage.On the basis of demand analysis,in view of the characteristics of the life cycle of pavement engineering management and the problems involved in multi party participation,the six subsystem modules facing different users and use scenes are proposed.In view of the database,facing the complicated engineering business data,the disagreed data collection standard and the varied data format,on the basis of the standard and engineering experience,the engineering behavior is deeply studied,the business logic and the business content are combed and the different stages of the engineering data are sorted and summarized,and the data standards and acquisition conditions are put forward.According to the design method of database,combining ArcGIS platform and Oracle database,the attribute database and spatial database are constructed,and the correlation between them is realized.In the face of the research on pavement performance,the existing standards have a single evaluation system with the strong subjectivity in the pavement condition.The evaluation system of PCI,SSI,RQI,SDI,CSI and SRI is proposed.On the basis of the standard,the structure defect index SDI and the core strength index CSI are added as supplementary indicators to individually assessment and corresponding evaluation methods and evaluation criteria are put forward.In view of the problems existing in the comprehensive evaluation method of pavement conditions,the comprehensive evaluation of combination weight fuzzy evaluation method is established by using the theory of analytic hierarchy process,projection pursuit,genetic algorithm,fuzzy mathematics and so on.In view of the subjectivity base on empirical decision and the uncertainty of algorithm decision in the current experience decision,the assistant decision method based on the sorting,clustering analysis and the horizontal comparison of single index is put forward to provide the basis for the decision makers to make the maintenance plan.Through the implementation of the specific project application and system development,the system development has been preliminarily completed,and the rationality of the model and the feasibility of digitalization of pavement management have been verified.
