In 2011,the Central One document presented the concept of "three rural" concept stocks,including the biological breeding,emphasizing the importance of agricultural biotechnology.Today,agricultural biotechnology is to promote modern agricultural science and technology innovation and the operating of biological breeding industry an important support,has become the world's scientific and technological operating of the focus of competition and the operating of new industries strategic focus.As of the end of 2015,there are 15 agricultural biotech breeding companies,including 8 crop breeding companies,including traditional seed breeding and high-tech seed research and operating,such as transgenic insect-resistant cotton,hybrid rice,and animal breeding company 7,Including livestock,cattle and other livestock and shrimp,sea cucumber and tilapia and other seafood breeding.Although the number of biological breeding listed companies less,but its importance is self-evident.In view of the problems of the existing industry concentration of China's agricultural biology breeding company,the innovation ability of independent innovation is weak,the operating efficiency of R&D and production is disaggregated,and the operating efficiency of bio-breeding listed companies is studied,and the operating of biological breeding listed companies is evaluated comprehensively and accurately.Based on the panel data of agricultural biology breeding companies from 2009 to 2015,this paper uses the factor analysis to reduce the target index,constructs the global reference Malmquist index model,and makes an empirical study on the total factor yield of bio-breeding listed companies.The first,second and third part of this article is the theoretical research,through a large number of literature research to construct the research framework and hypothesis;the fourth and fifth chapter for the empirical research part,select the agricultural biological breeding listed company financial data,combined with econometric model empirical analysis of biological breeding company operating effectiveness.The second part is the theoretical basis,through the system innovation theory and behavioral science theory in-depth sorting out the first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,combing the research situation at home and abroad and the whole research ideas;,The third part,as a transition from theoretical to empirical research part,put forward the research framework hypothesis and the design of empirical research,lay the foundation for the following empirical writing;the fourth part,as the basis of the study This part puts forward the evaluation method of the specific use of this article;the fifth part is the empirical analysis part,using the data analysis model of the factor analysis and Malmquist index to evaluate the operating efficiency of the biological breeding listed company;the sixth part is the conclusion and the suggestion part,Summarize the contents of the full text.The main results of this paper:Firstly,China's biological breeding listed companies generally low technical efficiency,failed to fully tap the potential of existing production factors,in the scale of economic status.Pure technical efficiency of the technical efficiency of the impact and control capacity is stronger than the scale of efficiency,while the pure technical efficiency of the overall low;Secondly,China's bio-breeding agriculture listed company Malmquist productivity index of the overall productivity decline,and an average of 7.69%decline.The average technological productivity of biologic breeding companies is greater than 1,but the change of pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency is less than 1,which affects the improvement of total factor productivity.Thirdly,the total factor productivity of biological breeding is reduced,and the technical efficiency level of administrative divisions is significant Sexual differences.The total factor productivity of crop breeding and animal breeding is less than 1,and the difference of the variables of the two types of breeding and listing enterprises is different,and the total factor productivity of crop breeding and animal breeding is different.Breeding resources of listed enterprises in the allocation of resources is more stable.The capacity of livestock breeding enterprises is slightly lower than that of aquatic breeding enterprises.According to the conclusion,it is proposed to create a macro environment for the operating of biotechnology and the operating environment of the industry,the expansion of scale and technological innovation and the improvement of the quality of personnel,as well as the improvement of the business management ability of biomedical listed companies.
