The difference of moss diversity on different substrates(trunk?soil ?rock)were studied by important value,species diversity index and similarity index on Baotianman,Henan.Hence constructing the phylogenetic tree of moss in the plot by DNA barcoding.net relatedness index(NTI)and nearest taxon index(NTI)with different null models(constrained and unconstrained null model)and spatial scales(5m × 5m?10 ×10 m and 20 ×20 m),which were used to understed the ecological processes associated with moss community dynamics in different substrates.The results showed this region boasted a rich bryophyte flora which yielded 98 species belonging to 29 families and 57 genera,Herpetineuron toccoae as the dominant species,and there were 77 species on rock that was most;The diversity index decreased in turn by hosting rock,soil and trunk;The similarity index of soil and rock was the largest that was 0.722;The mat was a dominant life forms of bryophytes that reflected good water conditions.Thus,there existed certain differences for bryophytes to adapt different substrates.Phylogenetic structures of moss on different substrates showed :(1)Net related index and nearest taxon index can indicate community phylogenetic structure,net related index reflect the whole;constraint and unconstraint unll model had a signally influence on phylogenetic structure,constraint zero model had a beter detection for community assembly within habitat filter;with the increase of the scale moss community structure among different substrates tended to be gathered,habitat filtering is the key ecological processes involved in community assembly,though competitive exclusion don't play role;(2)With the constraints null model when net related index indicating community phylogeneticl structure was applied,and moss community on other substrates in different scales showed phylogenetically clustered,while rock moss community on 10 x 10 m scale showed phylofenetieally overdispersed,moss community on rock was stable,filter plays a leading to phylofenetically clusterde on 5 m x 5 m,to keep certain external competitive in the small space,and on 10 m x 10 m increasing competition for phylogenetically overdispersed promoted the species richness,and on the scale of the 20 m x 20 m,less interspecific competition effect lead to phylofenetically clustered.(3)According to the community net related index NRI and nearest taxon index NTI with the unconstraints null model,degree of phylogenetically overdispersed in 10 m x 10 m scale is stronger than 5 m x 5 m,instructions on 10 m x 10 m scale moss plants increase competition...
