Bryophyte is an important part of forest ecosystem. The study on the formation and maintenance mechanism of bryophyte species diversity is of great significance for further strengthening the protection of bryophyte diversity and maintaining the stability of regional forest ecosystem. This study in Baiyun Mountain National Forest Park 4 1hm~2 with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance permanent monitoring sample area as the platform, with bryophytes of structure, functions, characters and the phylogenetic signal as the research object.Use the classic shape classification and DNA barcoding technology of combining the method of classification of bryophyte specimens collected identification, build the sample area in bryophyte community phylogenetic tree, the comparison of the different structure of the pedigree with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance forest bryophyte community differences, explore the function of bryophyte community characters and the spectrum of the signal. The effects of environmental spatial heterogeneity and habitat differentiation of forest ecosystem on bryophyte diversity were studied. The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to field investigation and specimen identification, there were 71 bryophyte species which belong to 45 genera and 25 families,of which 66 species of mosses in 41 genera of 21 families,5 species of liverworts in 4 families of 4 genera.Rps4 had the highest success rate(95.81%),followed by trn L-F(85.53%)and rbc L(67.8%).The success rate of combination DNA barcoding fragments was more than76.16%.The phylogenetic tree of bryophytes constructed by DNA barcodding fragments showed that liverworts and mosses formed two major branches, with 98%support.(2)There were significant differences in species richness,Shannon index and evenness index of bryophytes with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance, and different species of bryophytes have different specific preferences in different community types.Torus-translation tests showed that 41 bryophyte species(57.7%)were associated with specific communities. The correlations between bryophyte species diversity and environmental factors were different with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance. The topographic factors and spatial variables were the main environmental factors affecting bryophyte species diversity.(3)There were different in the phylogenetic structure of bryophyte community with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance and different spatial scales. At the20m×20m and 10m×10m study scales, the bryophyte community structure of the Artificial forest,Twice-cut forest and Undisturbed forest showed an aggregation distribution, while the bryophyte community structure of the Once-cut forest showed a divergence distribution at the 20m×20m study scale.Multiple analyses showed that the phylogenetic structure of bryophyte communities in Artificial forest,Undisturbed forest and Once-cut forest changed significantly at the 20m study scale. At the scale of10m,the phylogenetic structure of bryophyte community in Twice-cut forest and Oncecut forest changed significantly.(4)In Artificial forest sample and Undisturbed forest bryophytes in plant height, leaf area, leaf central aspect ratio, leaf cell length, central lobe width, seta outside diameter and length, the spore wall thickness 8 function character indexes spectrum signals were detected significantly(P<0.05),Twice-cut forest sample plots in bryophyte plant height.leaf area, leaf aspect ratio, leaf length, leaf width, and the central cells in the central cells seta long 6 function traits were detected a significant spectrum signal.Once-cut forest is central to the middle of the cell length, leaf width, and the central cells leaf area 3 functional traits detected significant spectrum signal. These results indicated that the phylogenetic history of bryophytes in the study area significantly affected these functional traits. In conclusion,we studied bryophyte species composition, phylogenetic structure, functional traits and phylogenetic signals in four permanent monitoring plots with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance at 1hm~2 in Baiyun Mountain National Forest Park.We found significant differences in bryophyte species composition and community structure in the plots with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance.Phylogenetic trees of bryophytes were constructed based on DNA barcoding fragments to explore the differences in phylogenetic structure of bryophyte communities in plots with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance. It was revealed that microhabitat differentiation had an important effect on the diversity of bryophyte community. It was proved that the functional characters of bryophytes played an important role in their historical development. The results of this study are helpful to the conservation of bryophyte diversity in this area, and provide a scientific basis for the conservation of bryophyte species diversity and system ecology in Baiyun Mountain National Forest Park.
