The Game Research About The Tutorship Markets' Interest Bodies In The Stage Of Chinese Compulsory Education

This thesis took the game theory as the research and combined the principal-agent theory to analyze,model and solve the interest bodies(including the demander.the supplier,government,private tutor and students)of the tutorship market under the stage of Chinese compulsory education.This thesis is divided into four chapters.For the first chapter—Induction,it summarizes the prompt,research content,creative points,the home and abroad research situation as well as the structure arrangement of the paper.The second chapter reviews the preparatory knowledge.It mainly discusses about the classical game theory,classical revolution game theory and the principal-agent theory relative theories.The third chapter constructs the four game models(game model for demander,game model for supplier and government,principle-agent model for tutoring center and private tutors and game model for tutors and students)as well as solves and analyzes them.For the last chapter,the author makes the conclusion and outlooks for the research results.There are four points for the conclusion:(1)During seeking the tutoring centers,the demanders should show more trust and communication so that they could share the information;(2)At the present stage,the government should implement the supervision responsibilities and temper justice with mercy and manage the light reward and serious punishment to the supply sides;(3)The tutors' efforts and tutoring centers stimulations system influenced by many factors(tutoring centers' own conditions,development situation,students' efforts level and tutors' risk aversion degree),and the tutoring carters should adopt the salary model according to the specific situations;(4)In order to urge tutor's earnest attitude as well as the positive of students' impeaches,the tutoring centers could strengthened the punishment for the teachers' irresponsible and make activities to decrease students' impeach cost.
