The plant can grow well and produce high quality fruit only in the appropriate temperature,humidity and light environment.The plant incubator is favored by researchers because of the unstable nature climate.The characteristic spectrum incubator for plant is developed by introducing the research status and deficiencies,in order to meet the demand of spectrum characteristics for plant and solve the problem about the light source's selection and adaptability.The structural,software and hardware are designed basing on the parameters of temperature,humidity and light.The incubator structure is designed to three-layer according to the needs of the diversity of the light source.The temperature and humidity are shared and the light is independent between layer and layer.The incubator is around by a thermal insulated wall which is made by thermal insulated materials and wood.Three small observation windows are designed on the door.The porous pipes are put beside the inner wall to uniform wetting.The control hardware is put on the top of incubator.The semiconductor cooling piece is tried to be the temperature control actuator in considering the complex and large refrigeration and heating actuators in the temperature control system.The semiconductor cooling piece not only overcomes the deficiencies of the conventional refrigeration and heating element,the integration of the cooling and heating control can also be achieved by changing the polarity to switch the hot and cold surface.Classic PID algorithm is applied to the temperature control system,by automatically adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM output,to achieve temperature intelligent regulator.Ultrasonic atomization humidification mode is selected by comparing several different wetting effects in the humidity control system.An improved incremental PID algorithm is used,which refine the offset value and coarse the control accuracy.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has higher control accuracy than classical incremental PID algorithm.Both temperature and humidity control system are closed-loop control system.The sensor SHT10 which integrates temperature and humidity but independent control is taken as feedback element.The microcontroller is designed as the PWM signal generator in the illumination system.The control signal is amplified by a driver circuit to control the high-power LED,The functions of multiple LED working separately,adjustable brightness and spectrum's random combinations are came true.Finally,the test results show that the range of temperature control is 20.0 ? to 30.0 ?,the control accuracy is ±0.1 ?;the range of the humidity control is 60.0%to 90.0%,the control accuracy is ± 1%;Illumination system can drive multiplex LED,change brightness and arbitrarily combine the spectra.The expected goals and requirements are basically achieved.
