This paper took the Huaniushan parts of Liuyuan town in Gansu Province as example to study the mineral mapping methods using the airborne CASI/SASI hyperspectral data.And combined with field measurements of spectral data and sample data on several mineral mapping method for accuracy evaluation.The main contents are as follows:First,based on understanding of the status quo of hyperspectral mineral mapping technologies,the paper combined the rock and mineral information extraction and classification recognition principle to elaborate on the processes of the airborne CASI/SASI hyperspectral data preprocessing.By combining the measured field given the punctuation spectrum,using the empirical linear calibration method corrected the hyperspectral data,established the linear regression equation,and calculated the coefficient and calibration.The results show that the correlation coefficient was more than 90%,effectively removed the error correction process and the atmosphere on the spectrum impact.Second,according to study rock and mineral spectral absorption characteristics,using the four methods of which are Mixture Tuned Matched Filtering,the spectral angle method,intelligent identification method,and the bands characteristic analysis carried out mineral mapping for study area.The study area mineral rock mineralized alteration information has been quantitative extraction and target recognition.And we get the mineral abundance figure.Third,The minerals relative content have been calculated using different mapping method and compared with the result of X-ray diffraction analysis.We obtain the correlation coefficient of relative content with the mapping method and X-ray analysis using the least square method.the higher the correlation coefficient,the closer the mineral content to the sample's,it also indicates that the mapping method is better.In the study,through the contrast we found the intelligent identification method in most of the flash stone in mineral mapping results correlation coefficient higher,above the 80%,as other methods,it can be able to effectively identify minerals in the study area.
