Research On The Spatial And Temporal Pattern Of FDI Effect In Huaihai Economic Zone

During the 13 th five-year plan period,China's social and economic development entered a new normal,while FDI,as a "package" of production factors,was of great significance to regional economic and social development.In Huaihai economic zone as an example,this study in combination with related research progress domestic and overseas and the theory on the basis of the potential application of FDI performance index method,entropy value method,spatial correlation analysis,spatial equilibrium degree analysis,explore the Huaihai economic zone using FDI effect of time and space differentiation characteristics,reveals the Huaihai economic zone effect of FDI and the economic,social and environmental effects of three subsystems from 2005 to 2015 in 11 years of temporal change and spatial pattern characteristics,on the basis of dividing the Huaihai economic zone makes use of the effects of FDI regional types,and according to the regional types of main characteristics,problems,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,In terms of the difference of FDI performance index and potential index,the performance index of each city is extremely unbalanced and shows a tendency of expanding.The city's potential index ranks a lot more stable,and the extremely poor rate keeps shrinking.Performance potential comprehensive analysis,three probationary period have been leading are Xuzhou,Lianyungang,Huaian and Rizhao,The cities that have been lagging behind are the 3 cities of Heze,Fuyang and Zhoukou,other cities have a slight change.Secondly,In terms of FDI effect index weight analysis,build seven dimensions,environmental pollution,industrial structure,management level three dimensions weights in the first three,opening to the outside world,technology spillover ranks last.The order of four regional weights are Northern Jiangsu > Sorthern Shangdong > Northern Anhui > Eastern Henan,among which Sorthern Shangdong is the most lag behind,and Northern Anhui is the fastest-improving.Thirdly,In terms of the analysis of the time order changes of FDI effect,from the whole aspect,the Northern Jiangsu cities have all rise except Lianyungang.the Sorthern Shangdong cities have both decline except Rizhao.Northern Anhui only Bengbu,Huaibei rising.Eastern Henan cities all declined;At the economic level,Suqian,Rizhao,Bengbu and Huaibei 4 cities continued to rise.Lianyungang,Zaozhuang,Laiwu and Linyi 4 cities continued to decline.At the social level,Xuzhou,Yancheng,Rizhao and Huaian are among the top,and the cities in Eastern Henan and Northern Anhui are at the bottom,with serious polarization.In terms of the environment,the Yancheng and Huaian in northern Jiangsu have deteriorated rapidly in recent years.Fourthly,In terms of the spatial pattern differentiation of FDI effect,the spatial distribution of FDI effect,only the three research periods in Xuzhou are at a high level,and the overall eastern coast is significantly better than that of the western hinterland.At the economic level,the whole is gradually shifted from the northeast to the southeast,and the area of Sorthern Shandong is generally decline except Rizhao,while Yancheng,Huaian,Bengbu and Huaibei are on the rise.At the social level,Xuzhou and Yancheng have been leading,while the cities in northern Anhui and eastern Henan are mostly low level or middle and low level.At the environmental level,only Xuzhou and Jining have maintained low pollution levels,while the cities in northern Anhui and eastern Henan are heavily polluted and have a tendency to spread to the whole region.Fifthly,According to the development of FDI in Huaihai economic zone,this paper puts forward corresponding policy measures according to various empirical analysis of FDI effect in Huaihai economic zone.
