Research On The Temporal And Spatial Changes And Influencing Factors Of The Inter-provincial Region Economy

Regional economic development has always been a hot research topic in economics,geography,urban and rural planning and other disciplines,and with the widening gap between regional development in recent years,coordinating the unbalanced development between regions has become one of the important tasks of China's economic and social development.Because of the existence of space heterogeneity,regional development problems are different from different scale perspectives,it is necessary to propose solutions for different problems in different regions,study the changing situation of regional development time and space,and analyze the factors of economic development,which is particularly important to judge the development stage of the region and formulate reasonable and effective policies.As a type of regional economic development,the economic development of the cross-provincial area is often easily overlooked in the selection of research unit,and this type of region is important as an important part of coordinating regional development.Therefore,in the cross-provincial areas,this paper chooses Huaihai Economic Zone as an example,on the basis of combing its development process,from the perspective of time and space,different research units,with the help of mathematical statistical knowledge,spatial visualization and spatial measurement model and other methods,to study the economic changes and influencing factors of Huaihai Economic Zone,and to put forward countermeasures for its future development.The study found that:(1)The Huaihai Economic Zone has a high population density,a high rate of population growth in the household register,and an obvious outflow of population,which has been increasing in recent years;the overall development is more stable and belongs to the marginal areas of the provincial economy;the economic growth is more extensive,the economic outward orientation is not high,and the economic benefits are relatively low;the industrial structure has changed a lot,but the traditional industries are still the main ones and the modern industries are underdeveloped;the level of urbanization is low and the growth rate is relatively fast,but it lags behind the level of industrialization;the towns are of an average size,the small and medium-sized cities are more developed,and there is a lack of larger cities;the income level of the urban and rural areas has been increasing,the innovation capacity is low,and the level of public services needs to be improved urgently.(2)From a time perspective,whether at the municipal level or county level,the standard deviation calculation results show that the absolute difference in economic development in Huaihai Economic Zone is increasing,but the change of its growth rate shows that the change of this gap has a tendency to narrow;The three industrial decomposition results on the weighted variation coefficient at the local level show that the influence of the tertiary industry on the regional economic difference is increasing continuously,and in 2015 over the secondary industry,the contribution rate of the secondary industry is gradually decreasing,the primary industry has always been stable around 5%.In addition,the development differences in the four provinces are not the same,the development difference slots the most within the northern region,followed by South Shandong,East Henan,and the Northern Region of The Thill index is the smallest.(3)From a spatial perspective,the global Moran index shows that the spatial agglomeration of economic development in the Huaihai Economic Zone is still increasing,whether at the level of prefecture-level cities or counties;local spatial autocorrelation results show that cities with higher levels of economic development in the region are mainly distributed in the north-south axis of the region,mainly in the regions of South Shandong and North Jiangsu,while the development level of the east and west wings is the second highest,especially in the regions of East Henan and North Anhui;The difference between the standard deviation of the long half axis and the standard deviation of the short half-axis does not change much,the area covered by the ellipse does not change much,the central area is still concentrated in the south-east region,the center point of the standard deviation ellipse is gradually moved from north to south;Within the scope of the county area development level with the increase of distance and decrease,the polarization of municipal jurisdictions is prominent,the core-peripheral structure is obvious.(4)Analysis of influencing factors,on the basis of qualitative analysis and analysis of panel data through spatial measurement model,it is found that due to the regional characteristics and industrial base of Huaihai Economic Zone,the factors driving the economic development of the region are still the secondary industry,while the role of fixed asset investment in economic development is also relatively obvious,and the driving role of the tertiary industry in economic development is not yet obvious,comprehensive analysis,the main factors affecting the economic development of Huaihai Economic Zone are industrial structure and fixed asset investment.
