| In the new era,the development of digital economy and green economy is an important topic of common concern all over the world,and it is also a hot topic of current academic research.In 2021,the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference repeatedly emphasized the goal of "developing the digital economy,promoting the integration of the digital economy and the real economy,promoting green and low-carbon development,and improving the efficiency of resource utilization".It can be seen that China attaches great importance to the economic efficiency analysis on the improvement of the development level of China’s digital economy and the transformation process of green economy industries.Therefore,it is undoubtedly of great scientific value and significance to carry out systematic research on the exploration of economic theory and the scientific development of economic reality.Among them,the study of the complex theoretical relationship between the two,which has internal and logical relations,is also some of the necessary scientific basis and important premise for us to enter the deeper research category.With the long-term continuous growth of the material and cultural demand of the vast number of urban and rural residents,the serious potential urban and rural environmental pollution potential and the accelerated degradation of the social ecological system have meant that our traditional agricultural ecological development economic model has also been unsustainable.Therefore,accelerating the transformation of traditional economy to green economy and improving the efficiency of green economic transformation is a major development goal of China in the next stage.As the core of the new round of industrial revolution,digital economy is the breakthrough of China’s green economic transformation.This paper will take the study of the concept of digital economy and the inner meaning and the generalized extension relationship of green economy as the basic entry point,measure the digital economy level and the development level of green economy in 31 provinces of China,and analyze the impact of digital economy in promoting the green transformation of economy in combination with the development status of digital economy in each province.On the basis of this analysis,the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 is taken as the analysis sample,and the relevant research and basic assumptions are empirically tested by using panel data model,principal component analysis,panel regression model design and other methods.The results show that the digital economy has a significant positive effect on promoting the green transformation of economy.In view of this conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions.We will increase the financial support of public finance for the digital industry,increase the investment of enterprises in infrastructure such as the development and construction of information network technology and business deployment,speed up the promotion of the coverage of digital infrastructure public services,and tap and cultivate new endogenous driving forces for the development of the digital economy.All provinces should pay attention to the development goal of coping with the digital economy competition and supporting green and high-quality innovation.In the future,we will focus on continuing to vigorously improve the regional macroeconomic development and financial environment,and consolidate the foundation for China’s green and high-quality innovative development.Guidelines for strengthening green innovation policies.By constantly improving the digital service management platform,improving the all-round public service oriented by green innovation,strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,and improving the consistency and accuracy of policy support. |
