The Research On Anti-poverty Suggestions Of The Bottom Line Household In Yi Region

Mankind has from the human society development,the poverty has never been solved as a famous world problem.During the whole time,the deserved right for some people has been ripping,the overall quality of economic development has been reducing and the improvement of social well-being has been hampering.China has shown astonishing resolve over the past years in fighting poverty,and you have remarkable achievements to show for it.However,the poverty population in the minority areas,which has much deeper poverty level,much more poverty reduction costs and much more difficult in get rid of poverty,so it is difficult to shake off the poverty by the conventional measures.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the poverty status of the precise poor households in ethnic minority areas.Based on the first-hand material of precise poverty alleviation work from the grass roots and field investigation,the poverty status of precise poor households in Ebian Yi autonomous country are analyzed by using the method of investigation and statistical analysis,the survey research method,and the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The study shows that there are two kinds of status for the current poor households.The first is that it is difficult for the agriculture to get the high yields under the condition of poor natural condition and the invasion of natural disasters.Secondly,the poverty-stricken family have many their disadvantages,for example,the little ambition,the serious psychological dependence,the lack of human capital and the shortage of stock material capital.Moreover,many problems always appear in the practice of anti-poverty,it may include that the excessive energy and time of the cadre are used for statistical information,the collective industry are difficult for advancing,the deficiency public service has been present in the government and the corruption issues has been present in grass-roots.According to the analysis of the statistical data and interview survey data,both the problems and solutions of poverty alleviation in Yi region are discussed by increasing the precise poverty alleviation efforts of the off-site relocation,improving the cultural education,raising the supply level of other public resources.In this way,it can better help the poor households in Yi region to develop and better help the poor households to achieve the anticipated value which is the long-term,lasting and real poverty alleviation.
