With the increasing demand of flight schedule,the flight schedule need to be optimized rapidly.In that the problem of imbalances between demand and capacity can be solved and congestion and delay of busy airports and regional airports can be alleviated,so as to improve the schedule rate of air transport flights.Therefore,how to realize the cooperative development and the flight schedule optimization in multi-airport system will be the key to accelerate the construction of world-class multi-airport system in China.The coordinated development was mainly centered on to explore flight schedule optimization method in world-class multi-airport system.First of all,based on the analysis of the current research status at home and abroad,the basic concepts of world-class multi-airport system and function orientation plan of hub airport were described.The problems and corresponding strategies of Chinese world-class multi-airport system were obtained through the cooperative development type of multi-airport system.And then,in order to improve the structure of world-class multi-airport system,three comprehensive evaluation models were established,which is super efficiency DEA model,Logit model and Cluster analysis.LINGO and SPSS were used to analyze and solve the Pearl River Delta multi-airport system.Moreover,under the premise of meeting the delay level,flight schedule optimization model based on fairness of airlines was established to solve the large delay problem caused by unreasonable flight plan,and the corresponding cuckoo search algorithm based on particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize flight order,which was applied to Guangzhou Airport successfully.Finally,under the premise of decreasing flight delays,the multi-airport system schedule optimization and dynamic flight queuing model and improved iterative optimization algorithm were established to minimize interference with airline scheduling on airline operation.Later,MATLAB was used to analyze and solve the models and algorithm,taking the Pearl River Delta world-class multi-airport system as an example.Research results show that at airports where capacity expansion and improvements in operational efficiency are not feasible,congestion and delay problem can be mitigated in the short and medium terms through schedule optimization.
