Research On The Synergetic Development Mechanism And Evaluation Of The "Airport-Industry-City" In The Airport Economic Zone

Airport,industry and city are three elements in the development process of the airport economic zone.The coordinated development of "airport-industry-city" plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the airport economic zone.For the different development stages of the airport economic zone,the coordination of "airport-industry-city" in the airport economic area is from single drive to integration,and finally to the linkage of three body integration.During the construction of airport economic zone,there is often one-sided pursuit of industrial development and neglect of the construction of airport and city,resulting in the airport's location advantages can't be played and the waste of aviation resources is wasted.To solve this problem,it is particularly important to evaluate the coordinated development degree of the "airport-industry-city" in the airport economic area.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions for the coordinated development of "airport-industry-city" was put forward,which is significant for guiding the planning and construction of the airport economic zone.The driving factors of the coordinated development of "airport-industry-city" in the airport economic area is summarized.Based on the connotations of the evolution of the "airport-industry-city",the internal driving force for the coordinated evolution of the "airport-industry-city" composite system is got.According to the evolution process of "airport-industry-city",which is divided into single drive to integration,and linkage of three body integration,the interaction mechanism of "airport-industry-city" composite system in different stages of the airport economic zone is analyzed.Taking Shunyi airport economic zone as the research object,time series index system and composite system synergy model of the composite system is set up with collected data.The overall synergy degree of the complex system of "airport-industry-city" in 2000 to 2015 is got.The results show that the growth rate of the synergistic degree of the " airport-industry-city " complex system in Shunyi airport economic zone is faster in the early stage,the latter is basically stable at about 0.6,and the overall coordination degree is low.It is necessary to promote the promotion of the degree of the " airport-industry-city " by coordinating the relationship between the different subjects and the different subjects.
