With the implementation of the strategy of the whole business management of China Telecom and the determination of the strategic goal of the enterprise transformation,the China Telecom has put forward the management ideas of small accounting unit contract management.In the small accounting unit revenue growing process,the contractor(referred to as small CEO)‘s efficiency plays an import part.How to build a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the small CEO to enhance the market performance is the key.Human resource management plays an more and more important role in the development of enterprises operating,and the employee motivation is an more and more difficult task.For this reason,it is necessary to study the incentive mechanism of A company small business accounting unit.This paper takes China telecom A company small business accounting unit incentive mechanism as the research object.With the incentive theory in management,the author uses literature analysis,questionnaire and other scientific methods to explore the incentive mechanism of the China telecom A company small accounting unit.In this paper,the research background and significance of the research on the incentive mechanism of the small accounting unit are introduced.After introducing the present situation of the research on motivation at home and abroad,the author puts forward the research contents and research methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of A company and small accounting unit business background and shows that it is necessary to implement small incentive mechanism.Furthur,we can see the whole process of the implementation of the incentive mechanism of the small accounting unit.The third part which is the case analysis part,use the success result and the related theory,to analyse the advanced and reasonable part of the the incentive mechanism of A company is small accounting unit.Based on the third chapter,the fourth chapter is the case study part.In light of the revelation of the successful experience of the small accounting unit incentive mechanism of A company,this paper summarizes the suggestions on the implementation of the incentive mechanism of the small accounting unit,which can be used for reference in practice.In this paper,based on the analysis of the current situation of the communication operation enterprises,the paper analyzes the importance and necessity of the small CEO incentive allocation by the background of the small business operation of China Telecom A company.The case describes the background,content and effect of A company.This paper uses incentive theory to analyse the incentive mechanism analysis of the advantage and disadvantage and countermeasures.Finally,it conclude that the implementation of the proposed incentive mechanism of small accounting unit.The purpose of this paper is to put forward a scientific and effective incentive allocation proposal,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the marketing service staff to achieve the company's goal of expanding the market size.This paper also makes a useful discussion on how to build an effective incentive mechanism for the state-owned enterprises in the process of small business operation,which has certain reference value.
