Commercial banks have functions of credit intermediary,payment of intermediary functions,creation of credit functions,financial service functions,and adjustment of economic functions.These five functions of commercial banks make commercial banks play a very important role in the socialist market economy in China.In addition,commercial banks also have the characteristics of being able to directly participate in market economic activities and make them available in the modern financial market.China has an irreplaceable service provider and has become an important hub for the stable operation of China's market economy.In addition,as China's financial market continues to open up,domestic commercial banks are not in a position to emerge,and international commercial banks continue to flow in.Commercial banks not only shoulder the burden of national economic development,but also bear the competitive pressures brought by domestic and foreign commercial banks.In the face of the different conditions of the environment,commercial banks are constantly chasing the waves and making changes.In traditional bank performance management,only a single financial indicator is used for performance appraisal,ignoring changes brought about by changes in the business environment of commercial banks,ignoring customer,business process,corporate learning and growth and other indicators of their operations.Performance plays an important role.How to improve the corporate performance management system,how to achieve the overall integration of financial factors and non-financial factors in management performance is crucial for companies to improve their own competitiveness and to implement their own development strategies.From this point of view,traditional performance management methods have obviously been unable to meet the development trend of commercial banks.In performance management tools,the emergence of balanced scorecards undoubtedly brings new opportunities for changes in the performance management of commercial banks.The Balanced Scorecard starts from the macroscopic level of the corporate development strategy and integrates financial and non-financial indicators,summarizes and summarizes them at various levels,and aggregates the performance management of commercial banks with finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth.The four dimensions have broken through the traditional single-indicator with finance as the core,and have brought together the long-term goals of commercial banks and short-term goals,allowing the commercial banks' strategic goals to be concrete,and giving commercial banks a powerful boost in their rapid development..The performance management using the Balanced Scorecard mainly includes the following five aspects:(1)Analyze and decompose the strategic objectives of the company;(2)Build a strategic map based on the company's situation and the characteristics of the Industrial Bank T branch;(3)Select performance appraisal indicators;(4)use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,and establish a performance appraisal index system;(5)implement a balanced scorecard,analyze and apply results.This paper is based on the Balanced Scorecard-based Industrial Bank T branch performance evaluation system as the research content,is divided into seven parts: First,introduced the basis for the topic of this article,explained the purpose and significance of the study,and combed the balanced scorecard The research process at home and abroad shows the research content and research methods of this article at the same time,and establishes the basic framework of this study.Secondly,secondly,the concepts related to this article are defined,and the traditional performance management methods of commercial banks as well as their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.After that,the basic connotation of the balanced scorecard theory,the problems to be solved in the four dimensions,and the assessment are emphasized.The content;Then,introduced the profile of the Industrial Bank T branch of this article,analyzed the problems existing in its current performance management,and studied the feasibility and necessity of the introduction of the balanced scorecard;The construction of the T-branch balanced scorecard performance evaluation system from the design idea to the construction of the strategic map to the design of indicators and the application of the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights were introduced in detail.The Industrial Bank T branch was established based on the Balanced Scorecard.Performance evaluation system;Thirdly,the performance of the Industrial Bank T branch was analyzed in conjunction with the designed performance evaluation system of the Balanced Scorecard,an evaluation was made,questions were raised,and improvement suggestions for performance evaluation were proposed from three aspects;Bank T branches should have relevant safeguard measures in the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the deficiencies of this study are elaborated,and the future development of balanced scorecard is prospected.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method and field interview method are used to study the related issues in this paper.The AHP software is used to scientifically process the data involved,and the index system of the performance evaluation of the balanced scorecard is reasonably constructed.,And through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of this system applied to the company's performance evaluation.Analyzed the results of corporate performance and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.
