Recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, the constant updating of electronic products has become the normal thing.Besides, with the improvement of people's living standards and consumption levels, the demands of people for personalized electronic products has become increasingly complex. Therefore, the life cycle of electronic products has to be continuously shortened and new products have to be continuously launched into the market in terms of technology and demand.Based on the situation mentioned above,it is an inevitable thing that a large number of electronic products has to "retire".If these waste electronic products cannot be recycled or processed in a scientific way,it will not only become a burden to the environmental, but also cause a great waste of resources. Therefore, the task of recycling used electronic products will be extremely difficult in the next few years. However, the recycling of used electronic products at present is inefficient and the processing mode is simple such as using it a second time or recycling by small-scale retailers. In recent years, the Chinese government has paid more and more attention to the recycling of used electronic products.Relevant laws and regulations are gradually being improved and the green recycling or disposal of used electronic products has been brought to the right track at the same time. However,it does not work only by relying on the strength of the government. It should also call on consumers to take positive action and also explore new ways to solve the recycling of used electronic products from the perspective of user participation.First, this paper sorts out the user participation and disadvantages in the reverse logistics of Chinese used electronic products on the basis of previous research;Second,a theoretical model of user participation behavior for recycling of used electronic products was established based on the theory of planned behaviors and then the research hypothesis was proposed; Finally,a questionnaire was designed and distributed based on the main influencing factors in the evaluation index system, the user's participation behavior in the recycling of used electronic products was analyzed by the collected first-hand data and then using the results to test the rigor of the evaluation index and the practicality of the model.500 questionnaires were designed and distributed throughout the entire process. The number of valid questionnaires recovered is 338.With SPSS22.0,descriptive statistical analysis was performed on subjective influence factors, external situation factors and behavior intentions.Exploratory factor analysis was used to classify all constituent factors and 6 main factors were extracted. These constituent factors were respectively used to do correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis with user behavior intentions,Differentiation analysis was carried out based on the different demographic characteristics. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of subjective influence factors, external context factors and demographic variables according to the results obtained from empirical analysis. It is expected to increase the level of user participation in the recycling of used electronic products and promote the healthy development of Chinese electronic products industry.
