As a part of family life, household appliances have long been an important position in life. With the continuous development of economy and society, people's demand for personalized is also getting higher and higher, the life cycle of household electrical appliance products is also more and more short, the speed of replacement is faster and faster. In recent years, there are a large number of household appliances inevitably into the end-of-life phase. So the task of recovery of home appliances is quite heavy in the next few years, but the recovery situation is not optimistic.Waste household appliances recycling conditions are relatively backward, basically rely on small traders' scattered recycling and other low-level processing methods. In recent years, government legislation has gradually improved;the recycling of waste household appliances has gradually entered the right track. The government should continue to strengthen the constraints and norms of laws and regulations, and at the same time, should also actively guide the participation of user, from the perspective of user participation to find a new way to solve the waste home appliances recycling.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out and studying the existing literature, this paper sorting out the current users' participation in the recycling ofwaste household appliances in china;Secondly, from the point of view of the theory of planned behavior, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the user's participation in the waste household appliance, and puts forward the research hypothesis;Thirdly, according to the main influencing factors in the evaluation system, design and distribute the questionnaires, using the collected first-hand data, this paper makes an empirical study on the user participation behavior of the recycling of waste household appliances, and further verifies the rigor of the evaluation index and the practicability of the model.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 326 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the questionnaire data, the descriptive statistical analysis of influencing factors, scenario factors and behavioral intention was carried out by using spss22.0.And use the exploratory factor analysis method to classify all the influencing factors and extract the six main factors, namely behavior attitude, subjective norm, behavior motive, behavior control, legal policy and propaganda construction.Through the correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis of the component factors,we can get the significant level of the influence of different indicators on the user's participation in the recycling of waste household appliances. Then the difference analysis was carried out to study the differences of different individual characteristics in the recovery behavior. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions from three dimensions: influencing factors, situational factors and demographic variables. From the perspective of influencing factors,it is necessary to increase economic compensation to meet behavioral motivation;innovative recycling form to enhance the subjective norms;popularize the knowledge of environmental protection and improve the attitude of behavior. From the perspective of situational factors,it is necessary to improve relevant laws, universal recycling policy;expand the recycling channels, and build recycling network. From the perspective of demographic variables, the age, education level, monthly income of different groups of people were different incentives,in order to improve the level of user participation in recycling waste appliances, promote the development of green transformation of household electrical appliance industry, and promote the development of renewable resources industry and circular economy.
