With the rapid development of economic globalization and inform atization,the exhibition industry has rapidly developed into a new industry and has become an important pillar of modern service industry with its high industrial correlation and obvious spillover effect.In particular.It has brought new opportunities for development to the exhibition enterprises when the G20 summit was held in Hangzhou China in 2016.Meanwhile,it also confronts with new challenge.Under the incentive of this double mode,it is necessary to make a systematic design to get the training work more soundly,objectively and typically to realize the stable development of the strateg y and to gain and maintain the core competitiveness of human resources.This is also the common goal of the development of the exhibition enterprises at the present stage.As the basis of research of Xibo Culture Company's training,this paper takes the training requirements under the external orientation as the research goal and uses the method of questionnaire,and interview.It is found that there are some problems,such as inaccurate analysis of training demand,incomplete training content,single training mode,lack of teachers' strength and poor transformation of the training effect form getting in-depth analysis and research on the basic status of the human resources and staff training system of Xibo culture.Therefore,this paper uses the training management theory to optimal design the Xibo culture company training system.In the design of the whole training system,it has perfected the evaluation of the Xibo culture company training courses,training plan,training plan and training effect with the Xibo culture company's currently training problems oriented.It also combines the actual situation On the basis of internal training needs analysis,such as the nature of the company's industry and the type of business,and focused on the training needs under the external direction as the starting point.The training needs to be identified from three aspects of organization,task and employee.
