Today,with the development of information age,WeChat has gradually become the most commonly used communication software.WeChat circle of friends has become the most widely used platform for information distribution and sharing,which is also seen by many business people in business opportunities,and has generated lots of wechat businesses.At present,the most popular products in the wechat business sector are underwear,mask and maternity products,especially underwear businesses.They give full play to the advantages of WeChat platform,and promote advertising in the circle of friends to enhance their influence and win profits.But in the face of such a flourishing new advertising communication tool,there are few studies in academic circles,but there is also a lack of research on the effectiveness of selling underwear in WeChat’s circle of friends.wechat business refers to a new type of mobile e-commerce form based on the wechat letter public number or the wechat letter circle of friends.In the past few years,the speed of the development of the wechat business is very amazing,and the mass of people are pouring into the wechat merchant army.The products sold on WeChat platform are very rich,and the scale of the radiation group is also very large.It affects every aspect of people’s life through the social platform,which has made huge profits for many wechat businesses.With the increasing number of WeChat users,wechat businesses have been highly praised in various traditional industries for a time,and have joined the wechat business force,thus driving the development of wechat businesses.In view of the current development trend,smart phones are becoming more and more popular,and WeChat users are increasing.wechat business will become the leader in the development of mobile e-commerce,and will bring fierce competition to traditional business models.However,due to the lack of formal regulation in the wechat business community,it also causes consumers’ doubts: whether the product quality is up to standard,whether the sales mode is legal or not,and how to solve the after sale problem.So in the face of this situation,this paper mainly takes the management aspect of WeChat sales team as the starting point,trying to make certain theoretical basis for the healthy development of wechat business.This paper first explains the wechat business,then the agency and sales team management is explained,and then elaborates on thederivative of the current situation and future direction of development,and with AS underwear is analyzed,and points out some deficiencies of the derivative agent sales form,but also summed up the the type of wechat business team management experience,and thus for the team management in the future to develop a scientific and reasonable management plan.With the development of the economy,a series of emerging things will be derived,and some problems will be produced in the development of new things.For the wechat business,all walks of life should give more attention to this,in order to promote its continuous development.
