Research On The Implemention Strategy Of Jiont Distribution

Compared with foreign developed countries,China's logistics cost has remained high.As an efficient logistics mode that can optimize logistics resources,save logistics cost,increase social and enterprise benefits,common distribution has been widely used in foreign countries.But in our country,although the condition of operating the common distribution,the application rate of the model is very low.It is basically the reason that the size of the enterprises participating in the joint distribution is different,and the level of distribution profit varies between the enterprises after the joint distribution,which leads to the uncooperative behavior of some enterprises in the course of the implementation of the common distribution.The unreasonable cost loss in the process of joint distribution affects the stability of the common distribution alliance and the cost savings of the joint distribution.Based on the research background,this paper analyzes the impact of different initial business volume of joint distribution enterprises on the profit changes of enterprises after joint distribution.The model under the model of independent distribution and joint distribution is established on the basis of the optimal distribution cost,and the optimal distribution cost under two modes is obtained by genetic algorithm and the new distribution of the enterprise after the joint distribution is obtained.The distribution fee obtained by the product of the distribution unit is used as the profit of the enterprise,and the enterprise independence is compared.The change of profit under the mode of distribution and common distribution,and the evolution game model is used to analyze the influence of the irrational cost loss on the stability of the joint distribution alliance in the process of the implementation of the joint distribution.In order to improve the stability of the joint distribution alliance and promote the development of the model,this paper proposes a co matching leader subsidy strategy and a compensation strategy for the co participants.Through the game theory analysis,the effectiveness of the strategy and the impact on the stability of the joint distribution alliance are obtained.Through theoretical analysis and case calculation,it is proved that the change of distribution profit of the enterprises with large difference in initial distribution is different,which leads to the uncooperative behavior of some enterprises in the process of common distribution,resulting in the cost loss in the process of the unreasonable distribution of distribution,and the enterprise does not cooperate.The more intense the attitude,the higher the unreasonable cost loss,the lower the stability of the joint distribution alliance,the less the cost loss,the lower the cost loss,the higher the stability of the joint distribution alliance,which can maintain the long-term development.Under the co allocation policy and the compensation strategy of the co participants,the distribution profit after the joint distribution can be increased and the level of the change is in a balanced state.The attitude of the enterprise to common distribution is more cooperative,and the stability of the joint distribution alliance is higher.
