Research On Evolutionary Game Analysis And The Incentive Mechanism Of Joint Distribution In Express Enterprise

Express industry,an emerging industry in China,has made tremendous contributions for China's economic development.Due to its short development period,high accessibility,large number of operators,low market concentration,fierce and disordered competition,current express enterprises are generally incapable of providing high-quality service,maintaining a sustainable development with low resource consumption and delivery cost.How to solve this development problem needs urgent attention,and joint distribution is the best solution.It is beneficial to reduce the total cost of social logistics,stimulate social needs effectively and promote the optimal distribution of resources,which contributes to the healthy development of market economy.Therefore,this paper will first summarize the current situation of domestic and foreign research in joint distribution,then analyze the current situation of China's delivery industry and the necessity of joint distribution.Then,based on the evolution,the influencing factors of competition and cooperation among express enterprises are analyzed,and the evolutionary game model of joint distribution among companies is established.From the different perspectives of model hypothesis,model establishment,model solving,parameter analysis and numerical simulation,this paper analyzes the cooperative competition behavior and its dynamic evolution process among different express enterprises,and studies the influence of the change of the path and the evolutionary game results,so as to lay the foundation for the research into the incentive mechanism of the joint distribution.Finally,the author establishes an incentive mechanism for the joint distribution among express companies to promote the formation and implementation of the joint distribution among express enterprises,thus enhance China's express industry.The results of the above research show that the benefits generated by the express operation of express enterprises have no effect on the joint distribution results and the cooperation probability in the evolutionary game,but the initial cooperation intention of them has a decisive effect on the formation of joint distribution.At the same time,the distribution of additional benefits arising from the joint distribution must be reasonable,and the cooperation between express companies will form a stable long-term cooperative relationship,which is joint distribution cooperation.In addition,the vertical and horizontal coordinate values of the saddle points are the thresholds of the evolutionary path of the evolutionary game under the competing mechanism.The factors have different effects on the evolution path of the joint distribution among express companies: the formation of the joint distribution is positively related to the additional cooperative income,which is negatively correlated with the joint distribution cost,the degree of dependence between enterprises and the risk of business risk,and there is an optimal coefficient of distribution of additional cooperative benefits,which makes the cooperation among express enterprises the most common phenomenon.Finally,based on the analysis of the evolutionary game model of the joint distribution evolution between enterprises,this paper constructs the incentive mechanism of the joint distribution between two companies from five factors,hoping to promote the cooperation among express enterprises and guide the smooth formation and operation of joint distribution.
