| At present,with the progress of the times,enterprises have had a new understanding of management idea.Enterprises also have broke through the imprisonment of their original “economic man” and gradually stepped into socialization.As indispensable commercial banks in the daily life of the public,the construction and improvement of their ethical level are more related to undertaking the social responsibility.Now,the cases about the lack of ethics of commercial bank always occur and it even shows the gradual expansion trend due to information asymmetry and special technology means.Therefore,the construction of a sound ethical system in the commercial bank is urgently needed.With YC Bank Dalian Branch as an example,based on three actual cases and combined with industry and enterprise status and background,this paper recognizes and analyzes the ethical issues revealed in the cases through the support of theoretical foundation,and summarizes that the reasons for the ethical problems in YC Bank Dalian Branch mainly are the lack of ethics culture,insufficient personnel training and cultivation,scanty compliance awareness and low comprehensive quality of some leaders.For the corresponding problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and constructs the compliant and sound ethical system.Based on the research analysis results,with YC Bank Dalian Branch as an example,this paper proposes the countermeasures to ethical governance problem,so as to provide some references for the ethic construction of domestic commercial banks.With the development of economy,the commercial bank has occupied an important position in the economic field.Thus,the research of the special business model and business entity,ethic management and construction is particularly important.With the YC Bank Dalian Branch as the starting point,the author hopes to achieve the construction of the ethical system in YC Bank Dalian Branch and warn the industry to pay attention to ethical issues through this study. |
