In China,according to the development of social economy and health,everyone has some demand for medical health service increasing day by day.Since year 1998,the State Council issued a regulation on establishing a basic medical care system for employees in urban areas,which wasimproved the health care system and the medical need of the whole society.In this case,there is a severe competition on the medical machine market.The existing operating projects of wei du company have encountered great challenges,and the company's operating revenue,profit margin and other financial indicators have declined.In the face of thisdilemma,the company's existing operating projects make adjustments and decide on the agent to sell DF patches.Since the DF patch can only be used for the dural repair of N surgery,the company has not previously entered the market.How to win this market in the N surgical patch market is a stern reality,which need to formulate the appropriate sales strategies after analysis of the market.The article is analyzed for the sales performance states and questions of DF patch of Weidu Company based on relevant theories of sales,through the research of environment and industry and SWOT,drawing the conclusion that Weidu Company must be adjusted the current sales strategies.As the characteristics of DF patch etc several aspect to make the sales strategy for the DF patch of Weidu Company.Because the final sales strategy of this article is based on the market completion and company development,the research conclusion for the Weidu Company of DF patch is not only suitable for the development of Weidu Company in future,but also for the other company or other industry.
