Based on the technology trend and the market situation analysis of domestic current use of membrane technology for gas collection,the necessity and urgency of the research of professional marketing strategy in TIANBANG NATIONAL ENGINEERING RESEARCH CENTER OF MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. is presented in this article.The international popular method such as 3C analysis and SWOT analysis were used in the article.Firstly, the company's internal strengths and weaknesses,external macro-environment and micro-environment,opportunities and threats were analyzed.Then,the customer groups and competitors of TIANBANG were analyzed.The market buying patterns in Sinopec was also analyzed.On the premise of the clear business advantages and disadvantages,competitors,customer groups,opportunities and threats and some information,buying patterns , the marketing strategy of TIANBANG was described and summarized in terms of product mix,pricing,channel management and business co-operation by using 4P marketing theory.And the rationality and actuality of the marketing strategy of TIANBANG was demonstrated by actual cases . The conclusions was summarized and the future research was presented at the end of the article.The main innovation results in this exploratory study is following:1,On base of the marketing strategy theory, according to the analysis of TIANBANG by 3C and SWOT analysis method,The marketing strategy adequate for TIANBANG is obtained by 4P theory.2,Through subdividing to the membrane technology market, The market space and development point for TIANBANG are pointed out.In order to holding the customer well and developing the market,the procurement management theory and process are researched.3,The theory and the practice are combined through the example analysis.This has provided the realistic case for TIANBANG membrane marketing.
