This paper takes the integrated Snake Island energy storage project in the charge of RCompany in the field of energy storage as research object,and in the project construction,various problems are encountered.Through improvements on the current project management system of R Company,the author tries to improve its management situation and thus standardize its project construction work,solve its problems in project management,improve its management situation and increase its competitiveness.In recent years,with the increasing research and development on new energy and renewable energy sources,to seek for advanced methods of improving energy utilization rate has become a common concern all over the world.In the past years,Chinese electric system construction has reached a rapid development stage,and as a result,more and more large industrial enterprises and users involved in information and safety have put forward higher requirements on power load and quality.These features have provided a wide range of space for the development of scattered power storage system,which,in the application of the power system,can realize the purpose of regulating the peak load,improving stability of the system as well as improving the power quality.Nowadays,under the circumstances of increasingly fierce industrial competitions,the competition in the industry of energy storage is not only about various energy storage techniques,but instead,it is also the competition in management efficiency and competence.VRB system involves multiple techniques such as physics,chemistry,electronic engineering and civil engineering,which is quite complex and involves lots of departments.the complexity of the system makes it necessary to adopt a scientific system integration approach,take the whole system optimization as the goal and integrate every stage and every unit of the system into a unity properly,and solve the integral management problems with the whole system as research object,thus helping to satisfy the requirements of the project within the stipulated time limit and cost.In this paper,the research method of combing theory with practice is adopted.Combined with features of the energy storage system,through the analysis of the management modes and work nodes of traditional energy storage projects,by means of the overall thinking and method of system integration and optimization,the author tries to optimize and improve the current swollen integration system,so that it can help R Company to advance its schedule in a more efficient and scientific way and further improve the overall efficiency and compress the enterprise operation cost,thus finally improving its comprehensive competitiveness.
