Graphite is the advantage resources of our country.China is the largest producer of natural graphite product in the world,however,our technology fell behind.Most domestic companies only can process primary graphite products.They lack the ability of processing high value-added products and deep processing of graphite products.Qingdao is one of the three major producing areas of natural graphite in China,and the graphite in Qingdao is mainly flake graphite with high industrial value.Qingdao THD Graphite Company is located in Nanshu Town,Laixi City,a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Qingdao City.Nanshu Town of Laixi City has the reputation of “Home of Graphite in China”.Nanshu town gathered a large number of graphite processing enterprises.At present,Nanshu graphite enterprises mainly produce and sell primary graphite products.The products have low technological content,low added value,and serious environmental pollution.Qingdao THD Graphite Co.,Ltd.has been established for a long time,and its scale is relatively large compared with local graphite companies.Although it attaches importance to research and development and talents,it also faces the above problems.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate strategy,it is of great significance to formulate a strategy that meets the company's own development and promotes enterprise upgrading and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic graphite industry,to further understand the domestic graphite industry of the future development trend and market competition environment,using the SWOT model analysis of THD graphite company's own internal resources advantage and competitive potential,conform to the characteristics of enterprise's development strategy,namely the settlement strategy,torsional strategy: to overcome the weakness,avoid threats,transformation of the mode of enterprise product development and by gradually transforms the original ore mining,the primary products processing,increase product added value,walk the road of green mining,reduce the damage to the environment.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the enterprise strategy,the effective implementation of THD company's enterprise strategy is ensured through the formulation of relevant supporting measures.
