Research On The Development And Utilization Of Graphite Resources In China And The Strategy Of Industrial Development

Graphite,which is a kind of widely used strategic mineral resources,is the basic mineral raw material necessary for traditional industries and strategic emerging industries.It is also an important strategic resource to support the development of high and new technology.China is not only a great country of graphite resources,but also is a major producer of graphite resources.But China is not a great power country.Compared with developed industry and graphite technology advanced countries,graphite industry development in our country is relatively backward,and there are many problems still existing,such as mining disordered,high price importing and low price exporting,environmental pollution,resource wasted seriously and so on.However,at this point,our country is in the important period of strategic opportunities,and this timing is also the big opportunity for the transformation of resource cities.How to use this advantage to make China become a global power graphite resources country is our important research problem.Therefore,doing the strategy research which includes analyzing graphite industry present situation in China is significant and important.It could help increase graphite's utilization of resources in a scientific and reasonable way.At the same time,it will help the development of graphite industry in a sustainable and healthy way in China.As a result,our graphite resources strategic security will be safeguarded.From the perspective of Chinese graphite resources development and utilization,and combination with the important thought of the sustainable development strategy,this article systematically analyzes the distribution of global resources,the types of resources,supply and demand situation and consumption characteristics.The paper also analyzes graphite industry development situation of upstream,midstream and downstream from the perspective of the whole industry chain.On this basis,we use the application of SWOT analysis to analyzes China's graphite industry development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and potential and realistic threat,and further researches the problems of graphite resources industry development.Finally,the paper reveals the main obstacle to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry,at the same time,we put forward some effective strategies and measures to promotethe development of healthy sustainable industry.Finally,by using the SWOT analysis on the research of the graphite industry in China,this article selected the most strategic need to focus on the S-O growth strategy,based on its resource advantage and highlights,grasp market demand expands unceasingly,the related policy support,the industrial transformation and upgrading of economic and other external opportunities;On this basis,using the strategy in order to improve and enrich the deficiencies in the graphite industry development in China and to prevention of the potential threat which industrial development may bring:(1)To strengthen the capacity of scientific/technological innovation,increase investment in science and technology and improve resource utilization;(2)To improve the management policy of graphite resources and strengthen supervision and management in the process of exploration,exploitation and production;(3)To optimize the structure of graphite industry,accelerate the integration of graphite resources and enterprises and so on.
