| With the development of China’s social economy,the growth of high-tech industries has become a hot topic in the current Institute of Theory and Practice.In order to speed up the growth of high-tech industries in Shandong Province,this paper systematically elaborates the relevant theoretical foundations such as “Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation” and “High-tech Industry”.From the analysis of the factors affecting the growth of high-tech industries,it analyzed the external and internal factors in detail.Starting from the analysis of the growth factors of the high-tech industry,the growth mechanism was analyzed,the connotation of the growth of the high-tech industry was defined,and a model for the growth of the high-tech industry was constructed.In this paper,the statistical analysis of the production economy of high-tech industries in various regions of China was conducted on a macro level,and the qualitative overview of the development of the strategic alliance of high-tech industrial technological innovation in Shandong Province was qualitatively described.At the same time,this paper establishes an evaluation index system and uses the DEA method to quantitatively evaluate the growth of high-tech industries based on industrial technology innovation strategic alliances.Finally,this paper gives suggestions for promoting the growth of high-tech industries from three aspects: technological innovation,institutional innovation,and business model innovation,and provides useful reference for Shandong Province to promote the growth of high-tech industries. |
