Abstract/Summary:
MB Bank is a famous merchant bank of China,it established in 1987.It’s China’s first joint-stock commercial bank and also the first bank to attend the national experiment for the promotion of China’s banking industry reform driven by endeavors from outside the government.The commercial banks will meet more complex competition caused by the interest rate marketization reform,meanwhile the emergence of the internet banking continue to impact the business field of the commercial bank.In this situation,talents are the key factors for the development of commercial banks for solving the problem how to win in the complex economic environment.To train and develop the talents is a continual topic for the strategic development of an organization,and also is a trump card to help the commercial banks to develop to be bigger and stronger.The profits of MB bank created by the sub-branch groups,and the sub-branch managers are leaders of who create these basic profits.In this circumstance,this thesis has made in-depth analysis and research in sub-branch managers’training management system in MB bank,covering demand analysis,training plan making,course development,training organization management,questionnaire and conversion of the training.It has also created intangible value for MB bank to analyze the current situation for finding out the gap and propose the solution.The analysis and research has strived to build the standard model for the middle managements of MB branch,and to train vast of middle management talents with superior skills in business and management.It’s very important practical significance for MB bank to become China’s leading bank that is internationally competitive.
