With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,people have a higher yearning for quality of life,especially health.The former health care environment and policies can not meet the needs of the people,so in 2009 the country launched a new round of health care reform.After nearly 10 years of reform,especially in the last two years,health reform has entered the deep waters,the new national policy has been introduced,the medical market environment has undergone great changes.In addition,after 20 years of development,especially after the 2008 market,the expansion of production scale,the increase in the number of products,the original sales model has not adapted to the current marketing environment.How to find the Marketing management mode suitable for the rapid development of the enterprise in the fierce competition environment is the aim and significance of this paper.This article takes Nhwa pharmaceutical Marketing management model as the research object,through the literature inspection analysis,the field investigation and so on,has carried on the research to the medicine profession domestic and foreign outstanding enterprise's marketing model,and has analyzed the Nhwa Pharmaceutical Marketing Management pattern evolution process and the existing Marketing management mode's problem in detail.Through analysis can be seen,the original sales model so that front-line staff to master too many customer resources,and because of personal energy and professional ability is limited and other factors easily lead to waste of resources,a loss.Nhwa existing products too much,preference for mature products and ignore the need for more input of new products,etc.,also led to the company's overall performance is difficult to improve satisfaction.The paper also discusses the obstacles that the existing marketing management mode can face,and analyzes the necessity of the reform.After the research on other similar enterprises,combined with the results of the recent sampling survey on distribution mode,the author thinks that the Nhwa pharmaceutical industry gradually realizes the transformation from regional marketing mode to line marketing mode,which is more in line with the need of enterprise marketing management development.This paper introduces the design purpose and principle of the line management mode in detail,gives the concrete implementation plan and the implementation road map,and analyzes the potential risks and countermeasures in the process of implementation.Finally,the paper discusses the change of the marketing management mode should pay attention to the staff ability and desire,and the company information,system and so on.Major changes in particular the need for careful planning,step-by-step implementation,timely feedback,and steady progress in order to successfully achieve the transformation of the model and achieve the desired goal.
