As a supportive pillar of the people's livelihood issue,the pharmaceutical industry is affected by many factors such as national policies and industry constraints.From 2007 to now,the operating trend of the pharmaceutical industry is clearly divided into two stages in 2011.The first five years are domestic.The establishment of the medical and health system,the government has continuously increased medical and health expenditures.Since 2011,the medical reform has been improved into the deep water area,and various localities have begun to explore different ways of medical insurance control fees.The reform of the supply side of the whole industry chain has accelerated,and the intermediate circulation link has been reduced from the two-vote system,the reform of the camp,the new version of GSP,and the self-inspection of enterprises.Pharmaceutical distribution companies are responsible for the distribution of drugs to retail terminals,and are under the dual pressure of national policies and market conditions.Based on the current situation of the industry,this paper analyzes the breadth and depth of marketing channels based on the current situation of SZ Pharmaceuticals' marketing channels,clarifies the company's own strengths and weaknesses,and exerts superior resources to establish a comprehensive scientific marketing channel and improve the marketing capabilities of the company.And the strength of competition to promote the healthy and efficient development of enterprises.This paper first introduces the purpose,significance,method and framework of SZ Pharmaceutical's channel management research,as well as the relevant theoretical basis and frontier theory of channel management.It systematically introduces the existence of SZ pharmaceutical company in channel structure,channel behavior and channel relationship.The problems and countermeasures provide specific and feasible guidance for SZ Pharmaceuticals to improve its comprehensive competitiveness in the future market environment,and also give unique reference and ideas for the future development of the pharmaceutical industry.
