The Fund Management Improvement Program Of Gansu Institute Of Earthquake Engineering

In the modern enterprise management,financial management is an important aspect;and in financial management,fund management is the core component.As lifeblood to body,fund is crucial to an enterprise.Having a good control of enterprise's fund means a grasp of the lifeline of the enterprise.To realize fund's smooth,balanced and effective flow is very important for the healthy development of an enterprise.Financial condition can reflect a company's economic situation in many aspects,such as assets structure in the aspect of fund sources,assets configuration in the aspect of fund use,and profit ability and development ability in the aspect of fund benefits.Along with the development of world economic integration,market competition has intensified.In order to gain a firm foothold in the tide of global economy,enterprises must have a strict control over money management,and formulate the optimal management solution.It is because only in a sound and effective fund management system,can the enterprise improve the efficiency of fund,control the cost of capital,strengthen its internal management,guard against financial risks,improve the overall strength,and finally toward the established development goal.Gansu Institute of Earthquake Engineering has carried out a series of work on improving project management and promoting performance evaluation in recent years.But the recurring problems of fund management have not been thoroughly solved.How to establish and improve the system of fund management based on risk prevention,improve budget management,strengthen the information management,improve the efficiency of money,improve the overall fund management,ultimately promote the long-term development of the enterprise,are important problem need to be solved in this paper.Combining with the actual financial state and fund management of Gansu Institute of Earthquake Engineering,using the theory of fund management,the theory of financial risks,the theory of comprehensive budget management and the theory of internal control,the paper analyze the present situation and the existing problems,put forward the feasible improvement project and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.It is useful for the financial management work to the Gansu Institute of Earthquake Engineering and similar enterprises.
