Research On The Selection Of Export Mode Of Small Cross-border Logistics Based On FAHP

At present,China’s economic development has entered the "new normal" era,the profits of traditional direct selling enterprises continue to go down,and the foreign trade business has also been strongly affected.the previous large volume container shipping business has been gradually replaced by small batch and low value small cross border logistics.In addition,in order to find new economic growth points,companies have tried to cross border electricity providers,the mage development of the industry and the competing pursuit of capital,making cross-border e-commerce gradually become an important channel for international trade.Therefore,the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics is becoming more and more strategic.Different from the domestic export of cross-border electricity providers,logistics service supply chain,logistics services,logistics problems after the period of payment and other aspects.Many problems need to be solved,the current cross-border logistics industry in our country has lagged,has also become a big factors the development of e-commerce.Therefore,we should further study the development path of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,and optimize the logistics mode according to the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in China,which will help our electric business enterprises to take the dominant position in the fierce international competition.This paper uses literature analysis,empirical research method for research on cross-border logistics mode first,through the introduction of the overall development trend of large amounts of data in recent years the domestic e-commerce,small e-commerce and logistics,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of cross-border logistics mode at present in china.Secondly,it discusses the factors that restrict and influence the common development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in China,and the practical significance of choosing different cross-border logistics models.Finally,analysis of the main factors that influence on the cross-border logistics industry production and management,the establishment of index system for selection of cross-border logistics mode,combined with the Aliexpress case by using FAHP method,for the research on the selection of logistics mode for the cross-border electronic business platform,and according to the case,to the present our country small cross-border logistics put some suggestions of mode selection.
