Along with Economic integration and Internet technology developed,promote the increment of internet user and mobile application emerged.especially E-commerce has been developed rapidly,meanwhile development of E-commerce can be injecting new energy to our national economics,but cross-border Logistics became the bottleneck to cross-border E-commerce,this article introduce and analysis currently cross-border mode,which include China post,international express,Third Party Logistics,oversea-warehouse,and the Forth party logistics are under exploration period,based on above introduce,this article analysis the main problem in cross-border E-commerce,such as cost higher,transportation and delivery cycle too long,IT system insufficient,reverse logistics are not perfect,custom clearance issue and risk of currency exchange.etc.Most of the Cross-border company prefer to choose the convenient mode for himself,some of the prefer the lower cost only and ignore the other factors,this article refer to documents and analysis data of this industry,initial the problem for how the company to choose the Logistics Mode,from different point of view,for that Cross-border company how to choose the better mode for lower cost purpose improve the efficiency in Logistics operationThis article introduced the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),using the quantitative analysis,take company E as an example,choose those index which concerned by company E to build the comparison matrix,after calculation weight of index,come to the conclusion of weight in different Logistics mode,the higher weight one could be appropriate Logistics mode for company E,this article based on products feature,transportation cost,warehouse management and other factors to choose the appropriate logistics mode,and finally over-sea warehouse be the best one mode.but in fact,while operate of logistics in company,it cannot choose only one Mode,the company could choose the other mode as backup,finally to meet their customer’s requirement to increase its sales amount and benefits. |
