Research On Food Safety Supervision In Yongjia County

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the global economy,the scope of food trade continues to expand,food safety incidents occur frequently,the life and property security is seriously threatened.China is one of the countries with high frequency of food safety incidents in the world.Due to the large population,the number of the victims suffering from these vicious incidents always reaches to tens of thousands,which has brought hidden dangers to the country's economic development,political stability and social peace.Food safety and people's health are closely related.Only the safety of food is ensured,can the social stability and development be guaranteed.Food safety problems highlight the close relationship between the food safety supervision and the people's life and health.Therefore,to establish a sound food safety supervision is the first priority of the whole society's urgent task.At present,after years of development and many reforms,several prominet problems stills exist in China's food safety supervision system,like relatively imperfect situation,information asymmetry,regulatory level lag and unit management.In this context,how to further improve the government food safety regulatory system,how to enhance food safety regulatory capacity,how to address the existing food safety problems have become the uppermost priority.It is essential for the protection of the people's health and the establishment of a good image of the government.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,focusing on the subject of the research background,purpose,significance and research methods,as well as domestic and foreign research status.Firstly,the status quo of food safety at home and abroad is analyzed,and then the purpose and significance are briefly introduced.The present situation of domestic and foreign research is analyzed,and the methods and contents of the research are discussed.The second chapter is the theoretical part,some of the food safety supervision system on the basic concepts,laws and regulations and research ideas are summarized.The third chapter takes Yongjia County as an example,analyzes the basic situation of food safety supervision and the problems existing in food safety supervision in Yongjia county.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the current food safety supervision in Yongjia County,and finds out the reasons for the lack of supervision.The fifth chapter draws on the experience of food safety supervision in developed countries such as Japan,the United States and the European Union,and puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the food safety supervision of Yongjia County from the aspects of innovative food safety supervision concept,perfecting the regulatory system,strengthening the supervision system,implementing information disclosure system and encouraging social forces to participate in supervision Safety control measures and recommendations.The sixth chapter is a simple summary and prospect of the full text.
