Food Safety Regulatory Problems Research Of Yongjia County

With the crisis of food safety keeps happening in recent years,people feel unsafe about eating.With the rapid development of economy in our country,consumers' requirement of food safety is increasingly getting stricter.A strong food safety regulation is needed to ensure China's food safety,especially at the basic level.This paper uses public management knowledge along with the market failure,government failure theory,government regulation theory and aid of stakeholder theory.Bases on the food safety status,from the perspective of institutional reform mode and problems,in the perspective of supervision personnel at the basic level,using the literature methodology,basic research methods and case analysis,discusses Yongjia' deficiencies and problems and root causes about the organization,standard system,laws and regulations,regulatory capacity and regulatory responsibilities.On this basis,proposes countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the Yongjia county's food safety regulation from the regulatory system,food safety system,the social mechanism and other food safety system.Including methods like the constructing of a reasonable food safety supervision system,the perfecting of a standard system,the developing of a regulatory system,the promoting of the social mechanism of food safety to establish a scientific and reasonable effective regulatory system in the process of the food regulatory reforms,solve the existing problems,and comprehensively improve the level of food safety supervision.
